Graham and Edith Hardy
Senior Pastors

The Light House Church is led by Graham and Edith Hardy.
They have been in ministry for over 20 years, ministering effectively in healing, the prophetic and teaching, before being led by the holy spirit to start The Light House Church on Portland.
They have been married for 22 years and have five children and seven beautiful and adorable grandchildren. They believe the foundation of an effective spirit filled church is love, worship, the presence of the Father, the uncompromising word of God. Plus, in all things, always led by the Holy Spirit and importantly church has to be fun, relaxed and family based.

Personal Ministry History
Graham and Edith Hardy, have been involved in the healing, teaching and the prophetic ministry for over 20 years.
In the early 1990s and again in early 2000s they were missionaries in France working with ex-pats and seeing amazing healings and salvations. Besides ministering extensively around Southern England they have also ministered in Norway, Sweden and U.S.A., and have seen God move in miraculous ways. They have also been involved in Healing on the Street ministry in Bath. UK. and witnessed many miracles. Their teaching has been influenced by extensive personal experience gained in ministry over the years, and from the teachings from people such as John G. Lake, Smiths Wigglesworth, Andrew Wommack, Kenneth Copeland, Bayliss Connolly and many more.

Mark and Sherryll Baines

Mark and Sherryll are the founders and senior pastors of Faithlife Church Cambridge. They are passionate about the gospel that produces changed lives. They are gifted communicators and teachers, convicted to speak the truth. God has given them a calling to build a church which leads people into a growing relationship with Christ.

Rob & Pauline Vincent
Assistant Pastors

Robert, originally from Australia and Pauline from Brixham were married in 1975 and have three children and six lovely grandchildren. Rob had several careers as laboratory technician, army radar technician and registered Nurse and Pauline formally a district nurse and care nurse. They moved to Portland two years ago. Both Rob and Pauline are passionate and committed to help those who are struggling with, loneliness, family, work and every day life. They're heart is to see people and families enjoying life and living it to the full, and to share the love of Jesus with them.

Personal Ministry History
Rob and Pauline have been involved in church life in many different capacities for a number of years. Among them was running Kids Club and Sunday School for Westbury Christian Fellowship. Also assisting and running of House Groups. Pauline attended a years Discipleship Course and Ministry at Roffey College under Colin Urquhart. Also was a Family Coach at Young Hearts Educare with City Church, Palmerston North, New Zealand. Rob a preacher also ran kids club in Germany. They are committed to people, to see them grow in confidence in every areas of their lives.

Stephanie Wells
Ministry Team

Stephanie has been married to Peter for forty three years and have two children and five beautiful grandchildren. They have spent most of their married living in Downton near Salisbury and Plymouth. They were called to Portland in 2014 and love spending time with family and friends and entertain in their home, offering rest and relaxation!

Personal Ministry History
Steph has been trained and spent time with Healing on the Streets in Bath. She has also assisted in running House Groups and training House Group Leaders. Steph is passionate about prayer, prophecy and healing and has supported Graham and Edith in training over a number of years. Stephanie shares The Light House Church's vision for a spirit led church on the isle Portland.

Peter Wellls
Community Outreach

Peter married his wife Stephanie in 1974 and has two children and five grandchildren. He undertakes the role of Outreach co-0rdinator for the church and supports the Team in communication to the various churches, organisations, businesses and people who live in the Portland and Weymouth area

Personal Ministry History
Like Steph, Peter has been trained and spent time with Healing on the Streets in Bath. He has also assisted in running House Groups and training House Group Leaders. Peter has spent time ministering and preaching in Venezuela South America along side Andrew Leaky of in:courage ministries.

Caroline Shaw
Prayer Team Leader

Caroline Shaw

Caroline is originally from Hampshire, moved to Portland in 2019 and has been member of Lighthouse Church since 2018.

She has one daughter and 3 lovely grandchildren who also live on the island.

Caroline worked for British Gas as a Litho Printer and then as an Accounts Assistant for an Engineering company.
She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2010 and is currently working as a Registered Nurse in a local Nursing Home.

Personal Church History and Ministry
Caroline has been involved in many aspects of church life with many different denominations over the last 29 years.
She trained and spent time working with Healing on The Streets Winchester and saw many miracles. She has also been involved in church plants, Alpha, Worship team and Children's Work.
Caroline's passion is ministering in The Holy Spirit particularly in the prophetic and the seer realm, and also to see non-believers’ lives changed through the encouragement and love of God.
She is also a supporter of Prolife and believe that all life is precious to God and has a heart for single parents and babies.
Caroline sees prayer as an essential and vital part of church growth.
