Rob & Pauline Vincent
Senior Pastors

Robert, originally from Australia and Pauline from Brixham were married in 1975 and have three children and six lovely grandchildren. Rob had several careers as laboratory technician, army radar technician and registered Nurse. He completed his training at Bournemouth, then onto Salisbury Hospital. Pauline formally a Health Visitors Assistant, then went onto do her Enrolled Nurse training at Torbay Hospital, where she went on to Nurse on the community, before meeting & marrying Bob moving to Canterbury and into army life. They moved to Portland in May 2016. Both Rob and Pauline are passionate and committed to helping those who are struggling with, loneliness, family, work and everyday life. They're heart is to see people and families enjoying life and living it to the full, and to share the love of Jesus with them.

Personal Ministry History
Rob and Pauline have been involved in church life in many different capacities for several years. Rob a preacher, also ran kids club in Germany and assisted in the running of House Groups in Westbury. Pauline organised running a Kids Club and Sunday School for Westbury Christian Fellowship attended a year's Discipleship Course and Ministry at Roffey College under Colin Urquhart. Also was a Family Coach at Young Hearts Educare with City Church, Palmerston North, New Zealand. They are committed to people, to see them grow in confidence in every area.

Andrew is married to Christine, and they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren!

He carries the heart of a father and brings in the Presence of God wherever he goes. He is passionate to see God's people embrace their true identity and destiny, and to nurture the emergence of Kingdom minded communities in life and business who will live in and share the Presence of God as a lifestyle.

Healings and encounters with God are commonplace in and around his life. He has good relationships with leaders all over the UK and has been especially running with TOW (Transform Our World, the ministry of Dr Ed Silvoso) for the last 2-3 yearsand his leadership has been recognised by Brian Burton of the Global Leadership team of TOW for the SW of England"

Stephanie Wells
Ministry Team

Stephanie married Peter in 1974 and has two children and five grandchildren. They have spent most of their married life living in Downton near Salisbury and Plymouth. They were called to Portland in 2014 and one of the ministries they enjoy is hospitality giving rest and relaxation to weary folk, family and friends!

Personal Ministry History
Stephanie has been trained and spent time with Healing on the Streets in Bath. She has listened to Andrew Wommack and Kenneth Copeland for well over a decade and been fed and inspired by their teachings. She has also run House Groups and been involved with childrens' work. During her time in Salisbury she attended Winchester Prison with the church helping to lead Sunday Services for the inmates. Steph is passionate about healing, prayer and prophecy and is so thankful to be part of a church where the Holy Spirit is allowed to flow. Stephanie shares The Light House Church's vision for a spirit led church on the isle of Portland.
